Webb County Community Action Agency (WCCAA) is located at Fernando A. Salinas Community Center, 520 Reynolds Street, 2nd floor Laredo, Texas 78040.
Office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mondays thru Thursday. Management functions, support services and agency referrals are some of the services provided at the main office.

- Promotes community-wide solutions to seemingly stubborn challenges throughout their cities, suburbs, and in rural areas – whether it’s the lack of affordable housing or the need to promote economic growth that benefits all families.
- Shares expertise with national, state, and local leaders looking for evidence on what works to promote greater economic opportunity for children and families.
