Galveston County Community Action Council, Inc is a private non-profit organization that was established in 1965 to meet the needs of low-income families throughout the four county service areas of Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, and Wharton to enhance the quality of their lives by eliminating poverty and promoting self-sufficiency.
