• The children's center, inc. Community Outreach and Assistance Program provides application assistance to low income and poverty level families applying for TANF, Food Stamps, Medicaid, and Children's Health Insurance program (CHIP) living in Brazoria, Chambers, Galveston, Liberty and Matagorda Counties.
• Resource services are also provided to the aged and disabled.

Mission Statement: The mission of the Children’s Center is to develop a comprehensive system of children’s services which supports family preservation, and thereby strengthening the role of the family as the primary caretaker.
