RIFA has been serving Jackson since 1976. RIFA was established with Rev. Gary Scheidt as the first Executive Director.

1. Photo ID’s for adults in the home
2. Social Security Cards for everyone in the home
3. Birth Certificates for children in the home
4. Proof of all household income
5. Lease or Proof of Residence
