• To be eligible for their Emergency Utility Assistance, you must not have received financial assistance from us within the past year.

Your Utility bill or the past due amount, must not be more than a $100.00.

If it is, you must seek assistance from other agencies, which they have listed a few on their Resource Page, to bring your total below a $100.00 or if you have received assistance from family or friends or were able to pay the amount over a $100.00, you must have a receipt or the confirmation number if paid over the phone. ​
