The Randolph Area Christian Assistance Program (RACAP) is a Christian Ministry that was established by church and civic leaders to serve the unmet needs of their community.
Founded in May of 1983, RACAP continues this ministry today, accepting food and financial donations from member churches, individuals and local organizations.

- Food Rent Assistance
- Prescription medications
- Utilities (electric, water & gas)
To qualify for assistance, a potential client must present the following:
- Valid Photo ID Social Security Card(s) – A card must be presented for every member of the household. If social security cards are not available a birth certificate will do.
- Proof of residence - A current utility bill, a current lease agreement, or any other bill with name and current address.
- Proof of Income – This includes any and all income that comes into the home.
- Current or recent pay stubs, SSI award letters, food stamp award letters, a current bank statement if income is directly deposited into an account, child support orders, etc.
