• Provide housing to low-income seniors (62 and older).
• 40 Units (Apartments).
• Provides rental assistance to low-income families in Randolph County.
• Provides rental assistance to over 700 families.
• Provides housing to low-income families.
• 1 - 5 bedroom units are available.
• Rent adjusted according to ability to pay. 50 units reserved for the elderly.
• 150 units for families.
• Apartments are located in Asheboro only.
