   To whom it may concern: I'm trying to locate a place that can assist me in paying my electric and water bills in Nicholasville, Ky. I'm a single mother of a 13 year old girl and 7 year old boy. Due to the pandemic I've been out of work. I truly understand there is not help for everyone but I found this location for single mothers. If someone could lead me in the right direction I would thoroughly appreciate it. Thank you and have a blessed day.
